Event and Webinar Support

  • Calling to invite people to an event / exhibition etc. They may not have seen the invite so it’s important to make them aware so they don’t miss it.
  • Retention calling – once people have registered, we will call them to remind them about the event and ensure they are still coming. This helps with final numbers for catering etc. and means you’re not paying for ones that can’t attend anymore.
  • After the event we call to get feedback from the delegates – both good and not quite so good will be reported back – important for future events.
  • We can be present at the event to speak to those attending and act as your sales team.
